Berner Foods announces "WE ARE Now Berner Food and Beverage"
(Roscoe, Illinois- June 1, 2009) Berner Foods, a leading private label food manufacturer, has announced that effective June 1, 2009 the Illinois-based company will become Berner Food and Beverage.
“We believe our new name better represents the products and services we provide” commented Steven Fay, Executive Vice President, Berner Food and Beverage. “This past year our company invested in a major expansion of our capacity to produce the products that retailers and the market demanded” Fay continued.
“Our family-owned business has been in operation for over sixty years” said Stephen Kneubuehl, President and CEO, Berner Food and Beverage. “Today as the market demand for private label products is greater than ever, we are committed to providing grocery retailers with private label food and beverage products that will allow them to succeed in this challenging market” added Kneubuehl.
“We will continue to provide the same great tasting products that our customers rely on. But as our new name suggests, we now offer entire food and beverage category solutions” added Fay.
Some of Berner Food and Beverage’s exciting new products include a complete line of dips, lattes, ethnic and coffee based energy drinks, and many more.
